Tier Information

Name (slug) — used in rule conditions

Lowercase, no spaces. E.g. gold, platinum

Display Name

Shown to the customer in the UI.

Order (sort)

1 = lowest tier (Standard). Each tier must have a unique order.

Minimum Qualifying Points

The minimum NovaPoints earned (qualifying account) required for this tier. Enter 0 for the lowest tier (Standard).

Qualifying Model

Periodic

Points earned in the last X days count. Resets at the end of the period.

Lifetime

All points ever earned count. The tier never downgrades.

Qualifying Period

days = Last 365 days (1 year)

Grace Period — the previous tier is kept after the period resets

days (0 = downgrades immediately)

The customer keeps enjoying the previous tier benefits during this period.

• A customer who earns 5,000 NovaPoints in the last 365 days is upgraded to this tier — the tier is recalculated after every order
• After 365 days the qualifying points reset; a 30-day grace period begins
• If the threshold is not met when the grace period ends, the customer drops to the lowest tier (Standard) — downgrades run nightly at 00:00 UTC
